The top tool used by most blog owners and the like, has finally come to the iPhone.
Wordpress allows you to easily create pages or articles, such as this one, with ease, then organize it using categories that are easily searchable. What this new plugin, iWPhone, does is reformat posts so they automatically fit for iPhones or the iPod Touch, making it much easier to read. This still allows you to view the page normally while on a computer, though.

If interested in getting this software, or reading up on it, head over to Content.Robot’s website and download it. It’s a relatively painless affair, so if you want to get into blogging this is the place to start.

According to an inventory sheet leaked by through AT&T, it shows that a new color, Deep Red, will start brandishing the phone.
Although Apple has several colors for it’s iPod, there has been no news of changing or adding to the repertoire of the iPhone. Below is a screenshot of the inventory page itself, showcasing not only the 8gb model, but the discontinued 4gb model as well, in ‘Deep Red’.
Thanks Psionplace
Along with the iPhone’s new color, listed were several new phones like the Sony Ericsson models Z750 and K850, with 3G on both as well as a 5MP camera on the K850. More included were the Motorola Z9, LG Prada, and Samsung’s Blackjack 2.
As for the iPhone, we can’t confirm any of this, but we’ll update on this as we hear anything. A red iPhone does sound classy.

In California, a police report detailed that a 16-year-old-looking boy threatened to use a civilian-model stun gun on a man using a iPhone.
The youth demanded the iPhone, before showing the man it was real by activating the weapon. The man handed over the iPhone and the boy got on his bike and rode off. This all happened at a bus station in California, “Ballantyne Street and Park Avenue in El Cajon” police Lt. Mark Coit says.
If only the iPhone had a long-range stun-gun built in, so users didn’t have to worry about this, and could simply counter-taser any attempt at having their phone stolen. Ah well, maybe iPhone 2.0?

Although the rumors of Microsoft’s entering of the cellphone market have been around for a while, pictures from the patent to the Zunephone have recently come to light.
The picture shows uncanny resemblance to an iPhone, and the patent says it will have “extensible filtered lists for mobile device user interface” as well as calls for the voicemail interface mimicking Visual Voicemail. Among the Microsoft copy of the iPhone is resemblance for album and picture ‘flipping’ in the voicemail program, just like Visual Voicemail.
With the Zunephone seemingly copying the iPhone’s sleek design, you can only imagine how Apple’s creations may affect the rest of the market in the future.
Also, this past Monday marked the release date of Nokia’s new 8gb N-95 Smartphone, yet another addition to the iPhone’s rivalry. The new 8gb phone is a substantial upgrade from the previous 120 megabyte model, as well as having a two-way slider to unveil either a keyboard or controls for videos and music.
Other features include a 5mp camera, built-in WiFi, and built-in GPS. Vice-President of Multimedia for Nokia, Jonas Geust, said this in a statement: “We’ve reached a pinnacle with the Nokia N95 and now with the addition of one of the largest ever displays, built-in assisted-GPS and improved battery power, the Nokia N95 8Gbyte takes entertainment enjoyment to another level,”.
Even with the N95’s features somewhat outweighing an iPhone, it doesn’t have a built-in iPod…but it does have RealPlayer. It seems Apple may need to really revolutionize the market with the iPhone 2.
