Hi folks,
Our sister site iPhoneForum.info, one of the oldest Apple iPhone related forums online, is currently looking for new members and, more importantly, moderators.
iPhoneForum.info was launched in January 2007, but as of late it’s been under constant spam attacks, which had a negative effect on membership and activity.
Currently we’re in the process of rejuvenating and redecorating the forum, and new moderators are needed to control the spam problem.

If you’d like to become an official iPhone Forum moderator please get in touch with us via our contact form.

As CNN Money reports finding a home online using “the most popular and consumer-friendly platform, the Apple iPhone” is easy and fun. Thanks to Realtor.com, which is launching its iPhone compatible site, US iPhone users will have an easy access to all the details about any home put on sale including photos and contact information for the listing agent.
REALTOR.com (”Where the world shops for real estate online”) is operated by Move, Inc., and is the official Web site of the National Association of Realtors. It is ranked as the No. 1 homes-for-sale site in the US.

Joe DeTuno, senior vice president of product management at Realtor said: “We’re committed to enhancing the experience consumers have when they’re searching for real estate on REALTOR.com,” he also said:”Our new search capabilities for the iPhone are relevant enhancements that give consumers the full power of mobility and immediate access to REALTOR.com in a manner that fits naturally into their everyday lifestyle.”
With iPhone having a potential to become one of the most popular hand held devices used to search online for real estate, Realtor has definitely made a right step toward enlarging it’s customer base.
Industry experts estimate that Apple will sell approximately 3.4 million iPhones this year and 45 million units by the year 2009.
US iPhone users can access Realtor’s listings at http://iphone.realtor.com. This URL is provided exclusively for iPhone users.

This upcoming Thursday, the iPhone is being released in France. The iPhone will also sell as an unlocked unit, just like in Germany, though at a surposedly lower price.
Didier Lumbard, France Telecom’s CEO, said “The target is a little under 100,000 sold by the end of the year,” and that the iPhone will be considerably cheaper than Germany’s 999 Euros, or $1500 USD.

The iPhone, Lumbard hinted, will be around 399 Euros with the two year contract. Also mentioned was that the contract would start at 49 Euros a month, with two hours of talk-time and 50 SMS texts included - with a 4.50 Euro increase per month for the 12 month term.
