O2’s head honcho recently paid his Jobs-ness a visit in Cupertino, California to presumably give each other their “high-fives” over how well the iPhone is doing in the UK. Despite reports of slow-sales, O2’s Matthew Key told Steve Jobs ...

This has to be one of the most creative uses of an iPhone yet. Claude M spent what I'm sure was a very long time filming and editing his own parody of the iPhone ad you and I have seen so many times, to make a super-geeky marriage proposal to his girlfriend. As the story goes, he created the proposal and then showed it to her (probably on his iPhone) while they were walking around the location where they had first met in college. An FT.com article was published recently that reports on several statistics around the O2 launch of the iPhone in the UK this November. For one, 60% of the UK iPhone users are sending or receiving more than 25 MB of data a month, equivalent to sending and receiving 7,500 emails.O2's chief, Matthew Key, is excited by the figures, which seem to show that iPhone owners have a strong appetite for data services. In comparison to the iPhone users, only 1.8% of O2's other mobile customers on monthly contracts are consuming data in the 25 MB range.
The increased web surfing from mobile devices may serve to stimulate the world of mobile advertising.

While still needed to be optimized to run faster, I guess you could play a game. It’s only about 10-15FPS right now, but as we saw from the other emulators, after time we eventually obtained playable FPS rates on most games. ÂÂÂ
