U-Suit iPhone 3G Leather case
U-Suit provides strong protection without adding extra bulkiness to iPhone. Its strong and durable exterior provides a full protection which is tailor made especially for iPhone 3G. Moreover, the fine leather-finishing provides a rubber texture feeling to enhance your multi-touch interface and phone experience.

U-Suit Leather iPhone 3G case is different from other traditional one-piece case because it's not necessary to take off the case while people are using it. Moreover, the detachable 360 degrees belt clip proves to be a very smart design as it allows users to clip the case either horizontally or vertically to their belt, depending on their own preferences. Last but never least, the button at the back of the case can also be taken off easily anytime anywhere.

Wordpress for iPhone Coming Soon!

One of the things that will make the iPhone even more useful for me is being able to update this blog of mine while on the go. Often there are times that I’m out and about and would love to blog about something right there and then. However, it’s not always convenient to whip out my digital camera and laptop. Having a Wordpress compatible app on my iPhone will make all the difference in the world!

It’s coming soon!

Last iPhone 3G in South San Francisco Goes to Microsoft Guy — Are iPhones Selling Out?

img_0072.jpg

The very last iPhone 3G at the Stonestown store in south San Francisco was just sold to a guy in a Microsoft shirt!

I’m currently at the Apple store in the Stonestown mall, posting from an in-store computer.

I came down to pick up an iPhone 3G, but the last phone was just sold to this guy in a Microsoft shirt. WTF!

The guy, who is very nice, asked me not to use his name in case he gets into trouble at work. He is a trainer for Microsoft.

Staff here at the Apple store say they have no idea when — or even if — they will get new stock of the iPhone 3G.

The concierge is sending people upstairs to a new AT&T store that is apparently taking preorders. The concierge says there’s likely a 21 day wait however.

I phoned other nearby stores in Sand Francisco and Burlingame, but they are sold out also.

As Lonnie reports below, iPhones are available at only one in four stores, and Piper analyst Gene Munster thinks it will take Apple a month to restock.

iPhone - Time and Space Questions

Perhaps AT&T employees in New York were so overwhelmed by the amount of business they did this week, they went time out of mind, or began speaking in tongues.

Check back last week for more iPhones.

AT&T Announces Free WiFi For iPhone Users Again…

Fantastic news from a friend with sharp eyes. AT&T has finally done something great for iPhone owners. No, they're not unlocking the iPhone. They're not giving it away for free, although it does involve "free". They have finally announced that they'll be rolling out free access to AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots for all iPhone users. Yarly. Read on for the details.

The document detailing the rollout reads:

"AT&T knows Wi-Fi is hot, and free Wi-Fi even hotter, which is why we are proud to offer iPhone customers free access to the nation's largest Wi-Fi hotspot network with more than 17,000 hotspots, including Starbucks*. Now users can relax and access music, e-mail and web browsing services with their favorite blend in hand from the comfort of their favorite location."

The announcement now gives free access to Wi-Fi at all of AT&T's over 17,000 Wi-Fi hotspots across the nation, including:

12 Airports
31 Hotels
23 Universities
18 Convention Centers
5 Sports Centers
8,000 + Restaurants
700 + Bookstores
50 + Supermarkets

Those who haven't been following the story may be confused by my enthusiasm. Rumors that AT&T would start offering free Wi-Fi for iPhone users began back in April. Since then, they had announced it, disabled it, brought it back, taken it away again, and then told us not to keep our hopes up. Finally, three months since this all began, they have officially announced it.

I'm hoping that it's not a joke, as AT&T loves to play silly games with iPhone users.I know this should go without saying, but remember that the free WiFi isn't for "all iPhone users" but for all legitimate iphone users, on the ATT network. You have to log on to the network with your phone number, so nuts to us unlocked users!

Update: The original page here has been removed!

AT&T must enjoy pulling this news back-and-forth

Update 2:
Gigaom further clarifies with an official AT&T Statement
We have not made any announcement regarding free Wi-Fi and iPhone. The webpage was posted in error and is being removed. Wi-Fi is a real differentiator for AT&T and it is our intention to make it available to as many customers as possible, but we have no announcement at this time.
