iPhone World:
Another iPhone clone is available from a Chinese Company, Adrian co., ltd. The Boxu T32 is a pretty close replica, but runs Windows Mobile 6 OS. The T32 offers many similar features as an iPhone such as a 3.2 LCD Touch Screen, Bluetooth, and WiFi — and unlike the iPhone it has a GPS. It also has a 2 Megapixel camera, and a 0.3 Megapixel backup camera.

It is powered by TI’s OMAP 850 platform and supports EDGE and GSM Networks.

iPhone World:
Usually iPhone fakes are at least Phones, but the American Weigh CP3-500 is a pocket sized scale with a cover that resembles the iPhone, and it’s is just bizarre. At $52.00 however, it is much lighter on your budget. If duping people into thinking you have an iPhone is heavy on your mind.

Yet more from CES 2008: electronics manufacturer iRiver presented its iRiver GSM Phone that looks like a pretty bad iPhone clone.
The iRiver GSM Phone (which doesn’t have an official name yet) will be sold unlocked, it will be powered by a Linux based operating system, and like the iPhone will have no keys, making use of a 3-inch, 480×272 touchscreen display.

According to reports the phone will have 4GB of memory, Adobe Flash support, a GPS feature, mobile TV, 2MP camera with camcorder, and music/video players with Rhapsody music support.
It’s also known that unlike the iPhone the phone will work on 3G networks. “It would be ridiculous for the phone to be 2G or 2.5G at this time,” stated iRiver representative Owen Kwon. And it should be cheaper than the iPhone, which is quite obvious from its looks.

A new unnamed Chinese sort-of-iPhone-fake is a combination of the Apple iPhone and Sony Ericsson P1i. The touchscreen’s resolution (400Ă—240) is a little bit lower than that of an iPhone. The Chinese product also offers Bluetooth connectivity.
Under the screen there are four control buttons that make it look similar to a SonyEricsson product.

It has got a 1.3 Megapixel camera, whose resolution is not any more impressive than that of the touch screen, although it it has also got a secondary camera.

The arrangement of icons makes it look similar to the genuine Apple’s product.

According to iTech News Net Awang A8+ is the best iPhone clone born in China so far. Although it may not look more classy than Apple’s product it has all the features that make it a fully fledged PDA/mobile that aspires to be an important competitor on the market, Chinese market anyway.
Although, in our opinion, the recently leaked prototype shots of Meizu M8/Minione iPhone clone appear to look a bit cooler. And A8+ somehow sounds quite similar to M8…

But back to business: Awang A8+ has got the same 3.2-inch VGA touchscreen as the iPhone does. It is ready to operate on GSM 900/1800 networks. A HOME button makes it look similar to it’s “master copy”, but there are four more buttons placed around it. It also offers Bluetooth, an integrated media player and a microSD card slot. And unlike the iPhone, apart from the main camera it has got a secondary one as well.
