The Mac version of iPhone v1.1.3 jailbreak hack is now available. Apparently the interface is not as fancy as in the Windows v1.1.3 jailbreak hack, but it works nevertheless.
Download: iPhone v1.1.3 jailbreak hack for Mac
MAC VERSION - Download the 1.1.3 package maker and open it, then run Run_This. Read carefully, press Enter when necessary, and the image will be uploaded to your phone.

And here are the instructions from the other version, which are still useful here.
- Start with a 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 jailbroken phone with Installer.app installed.
- Plug in your phone via USB to your computer.
- Download, extract, and run
- Program will determine what firmware you are running on your phone and make sure you can run the update.
- Program will then guide you through the process of obtaining and modifying the 1.1.3 firmware (make sure to read everything thoroughly).
- Program will upload the new firmware image to your phone. Note that this only puts the file on your phone and does not modify it at all, yet.
- When finishes (should take about 10 minutes), it will tell you to go to Installer and install the “1.1.3 soft upgrade” package. Do that.
- When the installer finishes (this should take another 10-15 minutes), your phone should reboot with a fresh activated 1.1.3 firmware.
And now for the credits:

And props to Fred_ and planetbeing, who were among the first with a 1.1.3 jailbroken iphone, and Zibri, by whom this method was largely developed. Additionally to Shaun Erickson, who packaged the Installer half of the upgrade, and runs most of the application packaging for the iPhone. He’s looking for a job too - hire him!
Additionally, members of the iPhone Elite team also played a part.

A pretty nifty new web application for the iPhone is WebChattr: WebChattr allows iPhone users to create their own personal chatrooms that any of your friends can be invited to join very easily — no registration is required.
The service is free, and one can create his own personal chat room by entering a web address similar to webchattr.com/go/anything_here (of course “anything_here” has to be substituted by literally anything you want in order for your chatroom’s address to be unique).

For more information consult WebChattr for iPhone website at www.webchattr.com.

LawFone, developed by Law Practice One, is a service allowing licensed lawyers to register, and potential customers to find lawyers in their area, and of course it’s especially formatted to fit iPhone’s screen.
A proprietary, fully confidential case submission form allows consumers to submit their legal issues from their mobile device to member attorneys who, if interested in potentially taking the case, contact the consumer with contact information provided by LawFone staff.

Point your iPhone’s Safari browser to www.LawFone.com to access the service.
