Today I upgraded my Xcode development environment from iPhone 2.2.1 SDK to the latest released iPhone 3.0 SDK. However, as soon I tried to build and run my program into the device, it complains with this message: blockquote style=”font-style: italic;”"Code Sign error: The identity ‘iPhone Developer’ doesn’t match any valid certificate/private key pair in the default keychain”/blockquoteI started the keychain Access program on my MacBook and found out that my iPhone Developer Certificate was expired! A: Just as soon you logged into the a href=”http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/overview/index.action”iPho/aa href=”http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/overview/index.action”ne Developer Portal/a, you simply use the “span style=”font-style: italic;”Development Provisioning Assistant/span”br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_8BqjQ3bBqfw/Sk0pG4fu62I/AAAAAAAACeY/dzzpZ62swI8/s1600-h/Picture+1.png”img style=”margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 115px;” src=”http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_8BqjQ3bBqfw/Sk0pG4fu62I/AAAAAAAACeY/dzzpZ62swI8/s320/Picture+1.png” alt=”" id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5353980730234825570″ border=”0″ //aJust click the Launch Assistent button and follow the steps and within 5 to 10 minutes, you are u and running.br /daymonthyearhour:minutesspan style=”font-size: 100%;”em style=”font-family: arial; font-style: italic;”**Looking for an/em/spanspan style=”font-size: 100%;”em style=”font-family: arial; font-style: italic;” scratch proof iPhone 3G case? Q: What is the main reason to buy the iPhone? A: Many people buy the iPhone for its fantastic user interface, the easiness to use the applications. The 25000+ applications to choose from. Many reasons. One of my main reasons to choose the iPhone was the tight integration of the hardware with Mac OS X. My favorite Operating system running on a mobile device. Built-in that magic package, I found the accelerometer, the multi touch screen, the phone with Edge and later 3G HSDPA in the 3G version. Also a GPS. Superb integration of the Google Maps gadget. I was amazed! Then the SDK came out last summer, more gadgets iFart, Fring Nimbuzz for the IM integration and Voice over 3G. With or without Jailbreak. Twitter clients every where. I was amazed again all those gadgets, most of them are even userful! Can you imagine?br /However, last week a colleague showed me his Android based Google G1 Gphone. I could NOT imagine I would see something “new”on “that” phone which was not on my iPhone. But the result was interesting and I was even amazed!br /I noticed that there was “one more thing” the G1 has and the iPhone 3G does NOT. It was a hardware component better known as a “span style=”font-weight: bold;”compass/span” (or span style=”font-weight: bold;”magnetometer/span or span style=”font-weight: bold;”digital compass/span). When you point your G1 Gphone to some direction, eg. to South, the compass can tell you exactly the direction, even when you stand still! Combined with GPS, its shows you from “where” you pointing your Gphone to the South, while standing still. And that opens the oppertunity for developing even more amazing location based gadgets: He showed me the Android app called WikiTude. In the next video the developer of Wikitude shows how it works: you see the “real world” through your Gphone camera and Wikitude will add textual information to the objects you are looking at. Real amazing watch: object height=”344″ width=”425″param name=”movie” value=”http://www.youtube.com/v/tpaJBu4BEuAamp;hl=enamp;fs=1″param name=”allowFullScreen” value=”true”param name=”allowscriptaccess” value=”always”embed src=”http://www.youtube.com/v/tpaJBu4BEuAamp;hl=enamp;fs=1″ type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” allowscriptaccess=”always” allowfullscreen=”true” height=”344″ width=”425″/embed/objectbr /This technology has the name Augmented Reality. Kind of Web 2.0, SOA term;) I hope the next generation iPhone will have this Compass on board. Let’s hope Apple can do that again and bringings the same Mac OS X platform with even more cool “location and direction based” gadgets. Meanwhile I can look for traces of evidence in the new iPhone SDK 3.0 beta. You never know what is in the iPhone 4G.br /br /span style=”font-size:100%;”em style=”font-family: arial; font-style: italic;”***Looking for an scratch proof iPhone 3G case? The “wet dream” is making that MEGA SELLING KILLER APP, submitting it to iTunes App Store, then GET RICH fast.br /And you have that great idea! and want to code it into an iPhone app. And if you don’t have an great idea yet? He no worries! I promise that everyone can come up with great idea’s and they are free! Just spend some brain cycles and a new idea is born. You may get dozens of them every day.br /The real pain is to monetize your idea. To monetize, you have to invest money, by hiring an Objective-C developer, who can create you idea into a real world iPhone App implementation. But most of the time those guys are too expensive for your situation. And due to the fact you are not 100% sure if the app will earn all invested money back. So the next step is that you decide to code the idea your self into an iPhone App. To invest time in your self and to learn Objective-C and the iPhone SDK, you need knowledge, skills and motivation. You are in the possession of motivation, otherwise you are not reading this post. Also you have the knowledge, because you have that great “idea”. But how to get your skills? The easiest way to get your skills in programming Objective-C and iPhone SDK is to learn it on the most efficient way. What is that? That is finding just the information you need to learn coding. I will tell you how I and many others did it in just three steps!br /1. Get an Intel based Mac with Leopard Mac OS on board. You need one if you don’t have one, because it is required for the development software you need to code and test the app. The cheap way is to buy a brand new Mac Mini for under 600 dollars, like this bargain:br /a href=”http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-2741201-10658057″SAVE $268! Apple Mac mini Intel Core 2 Duo 1.83GHz + 17″ hp L1710 display + MacAlly keyboard and mouse NOW only $589.98 (was $877.99)/abr /Or you may consider a Mac Book if you need a transportable development environment for around 930 dollars, like this offer:br /a href=”http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-2741201-10585902″span style=”color:red;”bNew amp; HOT!/b/span SAVE $65! 13.3″ MacBook 120GB/SD only $928.99 after rebate (was $994) w/iLife ‘09/abr /img src=”http://www.awltovhc.com/image-2741201-10585902″ border=”0″ height=”1″ width=”1″ /br /2. Sign Up for an Apple Developers Program a href=”http://developer.apple.com/products/membership.html”here/a. You can Sign Up for the free online membership. After Sign Up, you can download the development tool Xcode, the development environment for Mac OS. The iPhone SDK, the add-in that make it possible to create iPhone Apps in Xcode. All kind of reference documents for Objective-C 2.0, the programming language you will learn soon. With this account you can submit your app for App Store approvement.br /3. Order books that are REALLY CAPABLE to tell you how to program in Objective-C. Yes you could learn from the official Apple online documents if you have experience with programming. I am convinced that the best way to learn coding for iPhone Apps is to buy books that tells a human story. Starting from how to build from scratch the Hello World iPhone app, line by line. I have bought a lot of books, but for a beginner who has no experience in programming or just a little expercience, I have a three book-approach.br /span style=”font-weight: bold;”I can recommend these three books:/spanbr /(a.) a href=”http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1430216263?ie=UTF8amp;tag=iphotipstric-20amp;linkCode=as2amp;camp=1789amp;creative=9325amp;creativeASIN=1430216263″Beginning iPhone Development: Exploring the iPhone SDK (Beginning from Novice to Professional)/aimg src=”http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=iphotipstric-20amp;l=as2amp;o=1amp;a=1430216263″ alt=”" style=”border: medium none ! important; margin: 0px ! important;” border=”0″ height=”1″ width=”1″ /br /(b.)a href=”http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1430218150?ie=UTF8amp;tag=iphotipstric-20amp;linkCode=as2amp;camp=1789amp;creative=9325amp;creativeASIN=1430218150″ Learn ObjectiveâC on the Mac (Learn Series)/abr /(c.) a href=”http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1430218096?ie=UTF8amp;tag=iphotipstric-20amp;linkCode=as2amp;camp=1789amp;creative=9325amp;creativeASIN=1430218096″Learn C on the Mac (Learn Series)/aimg src=”http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=iphotipstric-20amp;l=as2amp;o=1amp;a=1430218096″ alt=”" style=”border: medium none ! important; margin: 0px ! important;” border=”0″ height=”1″ width=”1″ /br /span style=”font-weight: bold;”Your Learning plan:/spanbr /If you never did programming before you need to read book (c.),(b.) then (a.)br /If you know language (ANSI) C, just read book (b.) then (a.)br /If you a Objective-C programmer just read book (a.)br /The problem with the Object-C (Obj-C) language is that it is based on the C Language. Without C or C alike languages (like Java) experience, it is really hard to get into Obj-C. Also the Objective Oriented Programming (OOP) approach of Obj-C may be hard, if you need to learn from a book. However, I found the book (c.) makes a smooth crossing to OOP in book (b.). Also the Authors are the same or work with each other in all three books. The step from Obj-C to iPhone SDK programming is much easier, in my opinion. Book (a.) learns you more the specific things in Obj-C and the graphical Interface Builder to quickly create and run an iPhone App.br /span style=”font-weight: bold;”Conclusion:/spanbr /If you have an great idea for an killer iPhone App, but don’t have money to hire an iPhone developer to create it, just thinks about the three steps to Do It Yourself. I have been told that those three steps can be accomplished in 2 months. After the two months you may be able to code, submit and monitize your idea.br /em style=”font-family: arial;”***Looking for an scratch proof iPhone 3G case?
