Orange Denies Paying Line-Waiters In Poland

Roughly a week ago, a spokesman for Orange Poland openly stated that the company had hired actors to form fake queues in front of their stores to drum up publicity for their iPhone 3G launch. Not surprisingly, they are now denying the claim, saying that the lines that formed outside their stores were in fact real customers who just wanted iPhones.

Orange in France is successful

Orange has announced that they sold 70,000 iPhones in only 1 month, despite high prices on the call plans. The iPhone’s customers are for 48% of them new customers.
