Q: What can you do with PCNow?
A: PCNow will enable iPhone users to access desktop PC files, desktop search tools, Outlook corporate mail, contacts and appointments from their handsets via the phone's Safari browser, according to the firm.
Q: What is so special?
A: You don't have to ask your system administrator to open firewall rules for you. All you need is internet access from your home or work PC. Everything is parsed on port 80 or 443, which are the http and https defaults.
Q: What is so special 2?
A: The service also comes with SkypeOut functionality which allows users to make outbound calls even if their mobiles are not supported by the Skype mobile client. International calls for a few pennies!!
